Motor Skills and Activities

This is where play meets purpose. I share the hands-on activities and motor skill exercises I have used firsthand with my son to support his development and coordination. Drawing on my 18 years of teaching experience and my real-life perspective as a mom, these tactile, play-based tools are the same ones we use at home to build fine motor strength and independence.

These resources are designed for neurodivergent learners who, like my son, thrive when learning is sensory, engaging, and adapted to their unique needs.
